  • I have the right to decline any order for any reason,  impolite, rude behavior will not be tolerated~

  • Price may be subjected to change based on demand 

  • References are needed for me to work on the piece, please!

  • If I have to design the character, there will be additional fees

  • After making a request I will message you the total price and ask for any additional information I might need for the commission 

  • I tend to lead towards two different kinds of lineart styles I use so if you want something specific please let me know before claw!

  • I accept USD only

  • Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

  • Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

  • Please be sure of your purchase before buying, you can of course ask for a refund, but it makes it easier if you are sure you want to pay 

  • Tips are always heavily appreciated!

Process and delivery

  • Time to finish a piece may vary between at a minimum of 4-5 days and a maximum of 7-14 days depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and school.

  • Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product. 

  • At each production step, the client is entitled to two rounds of small alterations. The client may be charged for additional fees equal to the time and effort required for any alterations that require extensive reworking or recreating of the piece. Additional fees apply for any minor adjustments made after the initial rounds.

Copyright and usage

  • A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

  • I will send multiple WIPs through the process with my Watermark on them once I am fully paid and have finished the work you will get an un-watermarked version of the final results
     

  • I, "Peril Storm" (the artist):         

    • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order anytime for any reason.

    • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
       

    • I will NOT claim the commissioned artwork's intellectual property (IP). (your characters are still yours, etc.)

    • I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

    • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.​

  • You (the customer/commissioner):​

    • ​You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

    • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints, etc.)

    • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

    • You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.

    • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

    • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.




       

The following is considered copyright infringement:​

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own

  • Altering the artwork without my consent

  • The buyer is not allowed a refund once they have approved the first sketch or if it is a sketch then once they approve of the first WIP.

  • If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

  • If you are getting a refund, I will transfer the money back to you myself.
